A lot of folks are asking me how things are going in real estate locally. OK, I just put together some data from the West Penn Multi List, this area's local listing service which encompasses about eight counties in SW PA. The data is for the month of June showing closings of residential homes, town homes and condos in all the areas of Washington County. In summary, the figures when compared to the same period last year (month of June) are indicating a drop in closings of approximately 20% in most areas of the county.
